Product Manager
The product manager allows you to easily add, edit and remove products on your online store. In your online store you will be able to manage details such as:
- Name - Add brand names for greater search engine optimization
- Description - Tell and Sell your products to your customers.
- Quantity - This is useful for knowing how many you have left in inventory.
- Price - Easily changed at the click of a button if you ever want to have sales or promotions.
- Image - Let your customers see before they buy.
You can upload an unlimited number of products so you have no limit to how much you can sell.
Category Manager
All products can be placed within categories. This allows you to keep your products organized so that you customers know exactly where to find what they're looking for.
All categories are managed through the category manager. You can even have sub-categories for greater organization.
Order Tracker
Your customers orders are instantly added to your admin area. You can view order details and send out a shipping status to your customer. This notifies them how long they have to wait until their order arrives.
Customer Database
Customers who buy from your website are likely to do so again. That is why it is important to keep their details. With the customer database you can view all of the information your customers submit to you. Excluding credit card information.
BACK END "YOUR STORE FRONT"
Shopping Cart
Customers can add products to your shopping cart without interrupting their shopping. They may continue browsing and adding more products. The shopping cart keeps track of it all.
When it comes time to checkout there are several options. For more information on the options below, feel free to contact us.
- Default Option - The shopping cart is integrated with Paypal. The customer is quickly redirected to paypal where payment is taken care of.
- Paypal Payflow Gateway - To your customers it appears that they never leave your site. Yet paypal handles the credit card transaction so you don't need to worry about security.
- If you have a specific gateway you would like to use, that's fine - just let us know.
Customer Admin Area
Your customers are provided with a personal admin area. They can login and check their order status, which you set as you post things off, etc.
Customers can also store items in their cart for later. When they come back they will not have to go looking through your shop again for the items they wanted. It's as simple as checking out. No hassles.
